Learning Without Tears is planning to release a completely new version of Digital Teaching Tools in 2024. The goal is to increase the conversion rate by utilizing digital tools to boost sales.

Their product, the Interactive Digital Teaching Tool, is designed to revolutionize the educational landscape by providing an immersive, user-friendly platform that leverages the latest technology to enhance learning outcomes for students of all ages.
At LWT, I was in charge of enhancing the user experience for customer-facing Digital Tools.
Problem Statement
Educators are facing challenges in finding what they are looking for on the current version of the digital tools. Research data indicates that merely 15% of users are actively utilizing this digital tool.
How might we enhance teaching tools by incorporating more accessible educational resources within the platform?

Conclusion
The critical process I learned was to navigate the design opportunities early with the team in the design process to adapt to every team’s decision at the ambiguous stage.
